This class is taught by Kaeli Gockel, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Specialist. It is limited to 12 people per class to promote an interactive learning environment and enough time for individual questions to be answered. The virtual class will be part lecture and part exercise and movement based.

In this course you will:

• Learn to prevent injury and speed up recovery.

• Increase your confidence in the birthing process.

• Identify pelvic floor dysfunctions and how to treat them.

• Understand pros and cons of different birthing positions depending on epidural or not.

• Learn perineal massage, stretches and breathing strategies.
